Boil and drain elbow macaroni noodles.





Sauce recipe:





3 T. butter/margarine


3T. flour


1 cup milk


1 cup shredded Velveeta cheese





Melt the butter. Mix the flour in until it is smooth. Add the milk. Cook on medium heat until the white sauce thickens. Mix in the shredded cheese until it melts. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix the cheese sauce with the drained noodles and serve.Very basic macaroni and cheese recipe?
This is easy to make. Here's what you do. First, boil the pasta until it's at the desired tenderness. Then drain it. Then grate sharp cheddar (or whet ever you like) onto the hot pasta. Maybe add a little bit of velveta for smoothness. Then, after the cheese melts add a touch of milk. If the cheese doesn't melt all the way, put the cheesy, milky pasta back on the burner and stir it around on heat until the cheese melts. The best kind is when you mix a couple kinds of cheese, like a quick melting one and a sharp cheddar. This is easy to do and delicious.

8 ounces macaoni


1 onion, chopped


1 clove garlic, minced


5 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1.5 teaspoons all purpose flour

steps


melt butter in saucpan


stir in flour and salt


add milk and macaroni to saucepand, and bring to boil


reduce heat and cover


simmer for 15min, or until macaroni is tender, stirring ocasionally


add cheese and stir until melted


serve.

You cook the macaroni then put cheese whiz on it, take grated cheddar and mozzarella cheese and let it melt, a little salt and pepper and your done.

Boil water. Put noodles in water. Drain noodles. Put back in pot on stove; add shredded cheese, butter, and milk.
