Anyone Got macaroni and cheese Recipe!?

im making a lot of mac n cheese for thanksgiving and i need a good recipe i can double or triple.Anyone Got macaroni and cheese Recipe!?
How much do you want to make? I cook mac n cheese at work and this is how I make a bulk recipe. Take macaroni noodles and boil as many as you need, for large pan full, 12x9x4 use three large boxes. Any leftover you can make macaroni salad. Buy a large can of cheese sauce; the big one like food service uses, shredded cheddar cheese 3 bags in dairy isle, 2 sticks butter melted, 1 tbsp onion powder, 1/2 tbsp black pepper and about 1 tsp salt. Add sesoning to taste these are estimated. Mix all ingredients together with macaroni noodles in large pan, cover and bake at 325 for about 35 minutes to heat through. You can add more or less shredded cheese to make it thicker or thinner to your liking. If you want to go fancy and add stuff like peas, ham or cooked bacon pieces, just add in when mixing ingredients.

for about 50 servings:





cook one package of Macaroni and drain. Put in 1 stick butter or margarine.





toss in diced log of Velveeta or other processed American cheese.





2 or 3 cans cream of mushroom soup, undiluted and equal amount of milk.





You can add if you want several cans drained mushroom pieces, adds a lot of character to the Mac n cheese.
The best to me is baked. Cook the macaroni and drain it. Put a thin layer in a butterred caserole dish then top with lotsa grated cheese. I like a combination of sharp cheddar and double Gloucester. Repeat layering, ending with cheese. Whisk together a couple of eggers and moo and some s %26amp; p. Pour this over the macaroni, not enough to cover but close. Bake at 350 'til browned and set. No real proportions here so it's easy to make the amount you need.

the rest is a combination of cooked pasta, can of condensed soup, can of milk, salt, pepper and lots of cheese! I use twice the weight of cheese as pasta - thus one pound box of pasta requires two pounds of grated cheese. I use 1# very sharp cheddar and 1# shredded mozarella,Trust me - this is the secret to a stellar M%26amp;C.


Top with some sort of cracker crust - (butter %26amp; cracker crumbs)
