Baked Macaroni and Cheese Recipe?

I had a recipe that really only used flour, salt, pepper, milk, butter and CUBED cheddar but I can't find the notebook that I put it in...I easily could wing it but I want the exact measurements.... please help.Baked Macaroni and Cheese Recipe?
One pound macaroni

2 TBS butter

2 TBS flour

4 cups WHOLE milk

12-16oz cheese shredded cheese

1 TBS dry mustard(optional)

1 tsp white or black pepper(optional)

2 tsp salt

Start the water for the noodles

Melt the butter in a pan and let cool a bit. Add in your flour and stir until it is completely mixed with the butter. Turn on heat again and add in about one cup of the milk. Bring to a simmer until it starts to thicken. Add in the rest of milk and warm to a simmer. Turn off heat and add in cheese about one quarter at a time. If it doesn't melt all the way that's fine. If you bring to a full boil, the sauce may ';break';

Cook noodles and drain well. Put sauce into empty pasta pot and stir in noodles. Transfer to 9'; x 13'; x 2'; baking pan and cover with bread crumbs. I make a ';smiley face'; with paprika on top. Bake for about 20 minutes at 350 until crust just starts to brown.

If you want extra cheesy mac, add in some more shredded cheese right before putting it in the oven.

I make this about once a week and get about eight healthy servings out of it.

I also buy my cheese in bulk. It's less than $10 for five pounds shredded and I just divide it up into six bags for the freezer until I need it.Baked Macaroni and Cheese Recipe?
