Restaurant Style Mac and Cheese
1 1/2 cups macaroni
6 ounces processed cheese, shredded
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons heavy cream
salt to taste
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
Mix into pasta, Cheddar cheese, processed cheese and cream. Sprinkle with salt.What is a good macaroni and cheese recipe?
Cook 1 lb. of pasta. Drain, and put back in the pot (or in a bowl). Add sour cream until everything is evenly coated (6-8 oz.). Add 1 egg, 1/2 stick of butter, and 2 cups of shredded cheese. Salt and pepper too. Mix until the butter is melted. Pour into a casserole dish, top with extra cheese. Pour a cup and a half of milk over. Bake at 375 until top starts to brown.

I make old fashioned macaroni and cheese. I often take it to potluck dinners and I never bring any home.
MACARONI AND CHEESE (1928 VERSION)
16 ounces elbow macaroni
24 ounces Cheddar cheese block, sliced or grated
6 Tablespoons butter
about 2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 cup milk
3 eggs
Boil macaroni in salted water, following package directions. Drain under running cold water. Cover bottom of a greased 13x9x2'; baking dish with 1/3 of the macaroni, then a layer with 1/3 of the bits of butter, and 1/3 of the salt and pepper, then 1/3 of the cheese.
Continue layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a cheese layer.
Whisk milk and eggs together, pour over the top, and bake in a 350掳 oven for 35 to 45 minutes, until browned and cooked through.
makes 6 to 8 large servings.
Sweet and Spicy Mac and Cheese
Ingredients:
4c. Penne Pasta
2 Cups Tillamook white cheddar, Grated
陆 c. Bread crumbs
4 c Heavy Cream
录 c. Sweet chili sauce
2 Tbl Siracha
Mac Sauce
In a heavy Bottomed stock pot reduce the cream by half. Add the Sweet chili sauce and Siracha and mix thoroughly.
Mac and Cheese
Cook Penne until al dente. In a casserole dish mix penne, cheese and Mac Sauce. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs and bake uncovered in a 350潞 oven until browned, about 20 min.
Serves 4
My fav is the macaroni with velveeta cheese. But not the box of velveeta shells and cheese.

i like the first one the best it tastes really good. the first time i made it it tasted kind of weird and i made it again and it tasted really good. i think the 1st time i made it i made a mistake while cooking it so be careful lolz. :)
