You will love it! My family cant get enough!I need an easy, tasty Macaroni and Cheese recipe please?
You really don't need a recipe for mac and cheese - it's so easy and simple. Just add or subtract whatever you want. If you want to make it healthful, substitute tons of the cheese for pureed squash.

Melt butter in a heavy saucepan, and whisk in enough flour to make a tight rue(sp?). Whisk in milk or stock/broth, season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, herbs, then stir in any cheeses and veggies. Boil and drain pasta and toss with cheese sauce. If you want it baked, put the pasta in a baking dish and top with cheese, bread crumbs, and butter. Bake at 350 or 400 or broil until top gets crusty.

Temper in the egg. Stir in 3/4 of the cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Fold the macaroni into the mix and pour into a 2-quart casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese.

Melt the butter in a saute pan and toss the bread crumbs to coat. Top the macaroni with the bread crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and rest for five minutes before serving.
