Macaroni %26amp; Cheese Recipes








Ingredients:


1 tablespoon vegetable oil


1 pound elbow macaroni


1/2 cup butter plus


1 tablespoon


1/2 cup shredded Muenster cheese


1/2 cup shredded mild Cheddar cheese


1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese


1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese


2 cups half %26amp; half


1 cup Velveeta, cut into small cubes


2 large eggs, lightly beaten


1/4 teaspoon salt


1/8 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground








Directions:





Preheat oven to 350:. Lightly butter a deep 2 1/2 quart casserole. Bring a large pot of water to a boil over high heat, add the oil then the elbow macaroni and cook until macaroni is just tender (about 7 minutes). Do not overcook. Drain well and return to the pot.





In a small saucepan, melt the first measure of butter. Stir into the macaroni. In a large bowl, mix the Muenster, mild and sharp Cheddar cheese and the Monterey Jack cheese. To the macaroni, add the half %26amp; half, 1 1/2 cups of the shredded cheeses, the cubed Velveeta and the eggs. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to the buttered casserole. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese and dot with the remaining butter.





Bake until it is bubbling around the edges, about 35 minutes. Serve hot.

cut up chicken and fry it then put it in noodles then take all kinds of cheese and melt the cheese with some whole whipping cream and a teaspoon of butter.. then mix it all togethor.. It is amazing.
GOURMET MACARONI AND CHEESE





3 1/2 c. cooked elbow macaroni (cook about 1 3/4 c.)


1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems %26amp; pieces, drained


1/4 c. finely cut pimento


1 1/4 c. cubed process American cheese


3/4 c. evaporated milk


3 tbsp. chopped onion


2 tsp. dry mustard


1 tsp. salt


1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce


1/4 tsp. pepper


4 slices process American cheese


4 thick tomato slices, if desired





Mix macaroni, mushrooms and pimento in a greased 2 quart casserole. Stir cheese, milk, onion, mustard, salt, Worcestershire sauce and pepper over low heat until cheese melts. Stir into macaroni. Top with cheese and tomato slices. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
This is the one that make me saliva at the tough of it ! A old farmer recipe that Mum make for me , Mum die at 96 in 1991, so , as you can see it is a old one .


Make 1/2 L light Bechamel sauce ( white sauce) make it tasty .


Fold in your Macaroni Pre-cooked


Add Strips of cooked ham


Lightly roast or fried butter mushrooms


Mix the all together


Top with Grated Mozzarella cheese then Bake to give your cheese color and make it crispy ...

The best M and C calls for shells or rottini...covered with tons of sauce made simply of milk and Velvetta. Velvetta is it's own unique food group. Meat, Veges, Carbs, Velvetta. Buy lots of Velvetta. Use at least 1/4cup milk and 8 ozs of Velvetta. Your mouth will gum up for hours and you will smile the whole time. IF you are brave, toss in some ground beef.
Cook mac and cheese according to recipe. Cook a pound of ground beef in skillet with onions or Lipton onion soup mix.


When both are don take a medium baking dish and place a layer of mac and cheese then a layer of the beef. Place sharp cheddar cheese and parmigiana cheese.Place the rest of the mac and cheese then the rest of the beef. Place more cheddar and parmigiana cheese on top and bake for 25 minutes.
